Thank you for choosing to book with us. We are deeply honored to have the opportunity to serve you.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please note we are a cashless salon which means all remaining balances are due via all pay apps (Zelle, Apple Pay and Cashapp). You may tip your stylist in cash.

If you encounter an emergency or need to cancel, kindly contact us at least two days prior to your scheduled appointment.

We kindly request that you arrive in proper condition as we strive to provide the best possible service. Please no oils in hair, leave in conditioners or anything of that nature.If you require assistance or maintenance with pre-prepped hair (fully washed and blown out), please inquire about our wash and blow dry service. Failure to come in proper conditions will result in a mandatory maintenance fee, or cancelation of appointment.

Should you be dissatisfied with your style for any reason, please notify us on the day of your appointment so that we can promptly and effectively address your concerns.
