The Braiding Bar – Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing The Braiding Bar. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are committed to providing a high-quality, professional experience for every guest.

Appointments, Deposits & Payments

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

The Braiding Bar is a cashless salon. All remaining balances will be charged to the card on file, which must be valid prior to your appointment.
Tips may be given directly to your stylist in any form you prefer.

Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.

  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Appointments delayed 30 minutes or more will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 5% of the service cost and may result in restrictions on future bookings.

These policies help us respect both our clients’ and stylists’ time.

Hair Preparation

To ensure the best results, clients must arrive with hair properly prepared:

  • Hair should be clean, blown out, and free of oils, leave-in conditioners, or heavy products

  • Hair must be at least 3 inches long to be serviced

If you need assistance with preparation, please ask about our wash and blow-dry service prior to your appointment.
Clients who arrive unprepared may be subject to a maintenance fee or appointment cancellation.

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns about your style, please notify us on the same day of your appointment so we can address them promptly.

Refunds & Discounts

All services and deposits are non-refundable.
Discounts are only available when explicitly stated at the time of booking.

Walk-Ins & Additional Availability
